Payments
We accept:
• Bankcard, Visa and Mastercard
• Business cheque
• Direct debit payments

Processing Time
Most orders will be processed and will leave our warehouse within 2 working days after payment confirmed.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
• All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars
• No minimum Order
• Postage & Handling within Australia is $7.50 for lines except for Ear Care Antiseptic which is $12.50
• Postage & handling or outside Australia will be adjusted and quoted on before the order is processed.

RETURN POLICY
Please note we cannot accept any returns of earrings or body jewellery where the sealed packet has been opened, due to health regulations.

We will accept any returns, subject to the above, until 7 days after the date that you received the order. You must first notify us in writing by email that you wish to return the unsuitable item. Once your return is authorised you will receive a return reference which must be quoted on the packaging of your return. All returns must be sent back to us at the invoice address within 7 days of authorisation in their original packaging by a suitable postage method at your own expense. Rossan Distributors Pty Ltd will not be held responsible for any items which are lost in transit to us. The refund amount for the item(s) returned excluding postage costs will be credited to the card used to make the original order within 7 days of us receiving the return.

Damaged and Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, you should contact us immediately, quoting the invoice number which is printed on the invoice. We will then request that the item be returned to us, in its original packaging. When we receive it here, we will send out a replacement and reimburse the postage costs. If a replacement is not available we will process a refund on the card which was used to make the purchase.
