TRADING TERMS
Payments
We accept:
• Bankcard, Visa and Mastercard
• Business cheque
• Direct debit payments
• First three orders are pro forma, payment prior to shipping.
• A credit account application is invited for future orders - conditions apply.
FREIGHT
Freight is payable by the purchaser on all orders with the exception of
orders in excess of $250 which are freight free.
We use Fastway, Australia Post, Air Express, Priority Road Express or Bluestar Logistics.
PROCESSING TIME
Most orders will be processed and will leave our warehouse within 2 working days.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars
Wholesale Orders
• There is no minimum order .
• Goods usually despatched by the next day.
• Goods remain the property of Rossan Distributors Pty Ltd until full
payment is received.
• Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery
Freight & Handling
• Minimum charge of $5.00 or the fee charged by the contracted freight
company.
• Overseas price on application.
• Deliveries within Australia are ONLY to Street Address NOT Post Office
Box.
NEW CUSTOMERS:

ACCOUNT CUSTOMERS:
• 7 Day terms will apply following application for and approval received.
• Credit Accounts are strictly 7 Days from Invoice Date.
• Overdue Accounts - Credit terms will be revoked following late payments
and terms will revert to pre-paid without notice
Subsequent Orders will not be despatched until all outstanding invoices
are paid in full.
RETURN POLICY
Please note we cannot accept any returns of earrings or body jewellery where the sealed packet has been opened, due to health regulations.
We will accept any returns, subject to the above, until 7 days after the date that you received the order. You must first notify us in writing by email that you wish to return the unsuitable item. Once your return is authorized you will receive a return reference which must be quoted on the packaging of your return. All returns must be sent back to us at the invoice address within 7 days of authorisation in their original packaging by a suitable postage method at your own expense. Rossan Distributors Pty Ltd will not be held responsible for any items which are lost in transit to us. The refund amount for the item(s) returned excluding postage costs will be credited to the card used to make the original order within 7 days of us receiving the return.
Damaged or Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, you should contact us immediately, quoting the invoice number which is printed on the invoice. We will then request that the item be returned to us, in its original packaging. When we receive it here, we will send out a replacement and reimburse the postage costs. If a replacement is not available we will process a refund on the card which was used to make the purchase.
